Graduate students participated in the International Composite Science and Technology Summit

As one of the new materials, composite material has been listed in the national development strategy. Its versatility makes it widely used in advanced fields. In the face of new market demand, new situation and new changes, in order to improve China’s composite technology level, speed up the process of industrial transformation, strengthen scientific and technological innovation, deepen exchanges and cooperation, China Composites Association will hold the 2021 International Composite Technology Summit and the 5th International Composite Industry Innovation Technology Exhibition (ISCT2021&ICIE5) in Dongguan, Guangdong Province from December 12 to 14, 2021. The topics cover carbon matrix composites, metal matrix composites, natural fiber composites, textile composites, thermal conductivity composites, nanocomposites and other cutting-edge research fields of composites.

In December 2021, more than 800 composites workers gathered in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, to discuss the frontiers of academic development. Lu Wenhao, Huang Jinbiao and Chen Dongjin, three postgraduate students of the amorphous alloy research group, registered to attend the summit to learn and communicate with other researchers and publicize the achievements and future intentions of the amorphous alloy research group in the field of composite materials. After the meeting, the students who participated in the meeting had a summary exchange in the research group, and shared their experience and harvest of the meeting, benefiting a lot.
